Hi, I'm Abby, the artist behind The Haven Studio. I'm a wife, a mama to the sweetest little girl, and a follower of Jesus. My faith and my family are at the heart of everything I do, and they've given me the courage to build a business that's rooted in purpose.
Looking back, I can clearly see God's hand leading me here. I truly believe He called me to this industry — not just to create beautiful brows and meaningful fine-line tattoos, but to create a peaceful space where people feel welcomed, cared for, and more confident when they leave than when they arrived.
The Haven Studio was created to be exactly what its name means — a haven. Whether you're here for permanent makeup, a tattoo, or even something as simple as a brow thread that tells your story, it's an honor to be a small part of your journey. I can't wait to welcome you into The Haven Studio.

Frequently asked questions
Do tattoos hurt?
It depends on the placement and your individual pain tolerance. Most clients say it's very manageable!
Does microblading hurt?
The first pass (less than 5 minutes) is done without numbing to gently break the skin, allowing the numbing cream to work its best. Once the numbing is applied, most clients are very comfortable for the rest of the appointment.
How long does healing take?
Healing depends on the service. Most tattoos heal in about 2–4 weeks, while permanent makeup typically heals in 4–8 weeks, with final results visible after your touch-up.
Can I bring someone?
Yes! You're welcome to bring one guest. My studio is cozy, so space is limited, but we also have a waiting area available.
Can I use numbing cream?
For tattoos, I recommend not applying numbing cream beforehand unless we've discussed it first, as some products can affect the skin. If needed, we'll talk about the best option for your appointment. For PMU, I provide professional numbing during the service.
How old do I have to be?
- Fine-line tattoos & permanent makeup: 18+ with a valid photo ID.
- Threading, waxing, brow laminations & lash lifts: 15+ (parental consent may be required for minors).
How long do PMU brows last?
Most permanent makeup lasts 3–5 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Color naturally fades over time, and periodic touch-ups help keep your brows looking fresh.
How do I know which brow service is right for me?
Don't worry! We'll go over your goals, skin type, and desired look during your consultation to determine the best option for you.
Do I need a consultation?
Consultations are recommended for permanent makeup if you have concerns or questions. They're a great time to ask questions, discuss your vision, and make sure The Haven is the perfect fit.
